In 2009 Simon launched the highly successful web site www. skiguidebg.com - The Ski & Snowboard Guide to Bulgaria, which aimed to inform visitors and attract winter tourists to Bulgaria by highlighting the vast possibilities in the three main ski areas as well as to publicise the other fifteen ski stations not promoted by the major international tour operators.
Due to the popularity of this web site, it was suggested the company create The Summer Guide to Bulgaria - www.summerguidebg.com - with the same intention; to promote the parts of Bulgaria and the huge array of activities that most tourists never hear about.
Simon has grown his team of committed travel writers, skiers and snowboarders to try and include the very best Bulgaria has for visitors to it's winter resorts.
This season (2011/12), Thunder Box a launching the first native app for Android and iPhone mobile phones to help even more people get the most out of their trip to Bulgaria.
The sole aim of Thunder Box Media is to help businesses, Municipalities and other tourist related services promote Bulgaria as one of the most diverse countries in Europe and an excellent tourist destination!
