First smart phone app to feature all ski resorts & stations in Bulgaria released!

Finding your way around Bulgarian ski resorts just got a whole lot easier!

Just before Christmas we “quietly” released the Android version of the Ski & Snowboard Guide to Bulgaria with the Apple iPhone and iPad applications to follow in the next few days on iTunes.

The application is free of charge to download and use and it uses your phones GPS location to find services, businesses and even emergency help close to you.

It is also a Social Network in its own right – using Face Book and Twitter credentials for users to “Check In” to bars, restaurants, hotels and other services and post comments about their experiences. Shortly (i.e. after iOS launch in the next few days), there will be discounts and special offers from business owners for checking in at their locations so the app will soon help you save money too!

Current Features:

· GPS location based – Shows the closest (and best) businesses and services close to you.
· Full driving and walking directions to each listing from your current location using Google Maps
· In-App “Click to call” function. No more copying and pasting phone numbers when you want to reserve a hotel or restaurant table!
· Features all 17 ski stations and resorts across Bulgaria – Not just the big “expensive” ones! With detailed information on:

o Ski Schools and services

o Bars, restaurants and night clubs

o Hotels and self-catering accommodation

o Taxi and transfer services

o Local services that you may be interested including estate agents and property management companies

· Social network (using Face Book and Twitter) to check-in, leave comments and take advantage of offers close to you and find other users close to you
· EMERGENCY! Feature lets you find and call emergency services close to you if the worst happens on the mountain.

· Push messages – We will soon have the ability to send you push messages about offers from businesses close to you. You can turn these notifications off if you wish
