What else to do in Borovets
Apart from the ski hill, you have a good selection of other activities as you would expect from an international ski resort.
Horse riding, snow mobile and ATV hire as well as excursions to other places of interest are all on offer in resort and you are usually best advised to avoid the holiday rep and head straight for the business owner in his office if you want the best deal.
As you are so close to Sofia, you may also want to check out Bulgaria's capital city or it's own ski resort Vitosha.
There are also a few smaller, quieter ski stations around Borovets if you have skied out the marked runs in resort.
