Where to eat in Borovets

Where to eat in Borovets

Although Borovets does not have the same vast array of culinary options you find in Bansko it does have something for almost every taste.

Most of the better restaurants are found around the main street that runs down the side of the Rila and Samokov hotels. Most of these restaurants look as if they are temporary wooden structures just knocked up for the season but we can assure you they have been there for decades and we feel they really add charm to the village.

Most restaurants cater for mainly British and Bulgarian visitors with simple, unpretentious and well priced offerings designed to fill you up whilst you ski and to soak up the apres ski you are no doubt going to be partaking in!

For more delicate and refined palates, there are one or two five star hotels that offer a la carte dining for those prepared to pay a little more.
