The top run is only 1600m above sea level but a fairly good snow record and impressive plans for development of the lift infrastructure means this ski station is one to watch.
Already, the impressive and brand new four seater chair lift make this little ski station a favorite amongst learners who tend to get scared (and fall off) the traditional button lifts usually found as stations of this size.
Not only is the chairlift suitable to new riders and skiers but also at the base (next to the chair lift) there is a brand new "magic carpet" for complete novices joined to the stations bunny hill.
The longest run at present is 2200m (grade unknown), so this could be a nice little spot to check out for a day or two, especially for learners who may get intimidated by the larger resort of Borovets.
There is also a good sized bar at the base station which also offers snacks and all at prices that will not concern your bank manager.
