Not the biggest hill in the world but cheap and in beautiful surroundings, this little ski station over looks the breathtakingly-stunning Lake Batak.

Only eight kilometers from the town of Batak, Tsigov Chark will never hold the Olympics but is a good starting point for beginners and low level intermediates. Other more advanced riders and skiers will probably want to head off after a day or two at most but being almost slap bang between Bansko and Pamporovo makes this ski station a good stop on any road trip.
